It is accessed by going upstream from the mill and bridge near Tržić, on the road connecting Slunj and Tounj. The route passes through small waterfalls and rapids to an impressive waterfall in a canyon surrounded by steep cliffs, where the sun’s rays only penetrate briefly around noon. Despite this, in summer, the water is warm, perfect for swimming.
Further downstream, you will discover the tallest waterfalls of Mrežnica, reaching up to 8 meters in height – an ideal place for relaxation, swimming, and a picnic. In the afternoon, the return will be through the canyon and its waterfalls.
